Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Manage customer orders in food service settings, ensuring quick turnaround and satisfaction Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and giving correct change Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols Support food handling procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting in food prep or service areas Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, retail sales, or grocery stores is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is essential Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food handling certification or prior food industry experience is a plus Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and food safety standards is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively environment!
