Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, answer questions, resolve complaints, and promote a positive shopping environment.

Transaction Processing:

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, issue receipts, and manage change.

Store Assistance:

Help with stocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining product displays; assist in other store areas as needed

Sales Support:

Inform customers about promotions, upsell products, and support marketing initiatives

Security & Compliance:

Follow store policies, prevent theft, and maintain a safe environment

Shift Coverage:

Work morning, evening, and/or overnight shifts as assigned
