Duties Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash drawer balancing at the end of each shift Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Upsell products and suggest additional items during checkout to enhance sales opportunities Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor remains inviting and well-maintained Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support inventory management through stocking and inventory checks as needed Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations with strong cash handling skills Previous retail sales experience, especially in grocery or specialty stores, is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong retail math skills for accurate transactions and balancing cash drawers Ability to provide exceptional customer service with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor Join us as a Cashier and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
