Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Sales Associate who loves interacting with people and, of course, loves donuts! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers choose from our products, processing sales, and keeping the shop welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and outstanding customer service. Greet and engage with customers in a positive and personable way. Actively recommend and sell Donutopia products. Communicate confidently and professionally with customers. Create a fun and welcoming experience for every customer. Work efficiently and maintain a fast pace during busy periods. Work closely with the team to meet daily sales and operational goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area. Show up on time and be dependable for scheduled shifts.

ScheduleRequirements:

10-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling may be available depending on business needs. Weekend and busy-period availability is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
