Front of House Manager Position Summary:
The Halfway House Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to members and guests at the course's halfway house. This role includes preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, handling transactions, and ensuring that members enjoy a welcoming and efficient experience during their round of golf.Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests promptly and courteously. Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light meals according to club standards. Operate point-of-sale system; accurately handle cash, credit card, and member account charges. Monitor and maintain inventory levels; restock products as needed. Keep the halfway house, restrooms, patio, and service areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Follow all state and club alcohol service regulations. Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or member concerns to management. Responsible for setup and breakdown of the halfway house at the beginning and end of shifts. Deliver attentive and professional service consistent with the high standards of the club.Qualifications:
Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required. Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.Work Environment:
Primarily outdoors or semi-outdoor setting at the halfway house facility. Requires standing, walking, and light physical activity throughout the shift.Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage plus tips/gratuities (if applicable). Employee meals and club discounts (based on club policy).Pay:
