This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and experience in retail sales. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your sales and merchandising skills while supporting store operations. Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently for checkout transactions, returns, and exchanges Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive store appearance Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities Manage cash handling accurately and process payments with proper phone etiquette Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed Conduct product demos to promote items and increase sales Ensure proper merchandising according to store standards and planograms Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom Support inventory management through stocking, labeling, and inventory counts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery stores preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math concepts Supervising experience is advantageous but not required Bilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
