Venus, TX We are looking for a Cashier that would like to grow with the company at our location in Venus, TX and possibly want to be a future Team Member. As a member at Charley's, you will learn the Charley's way and become certified in different positions including grilling, toppings, fries, preparation, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bilingual is a plus Provide a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments Be able to work in fast paced environment, exhibit a sense of urgency and work on your feet Provide exceptional customer service and willing to learn the Charley's way Be able to lift 50 pounds to waist level and frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds) Fluent English-speaking Have a neat, clean, and professional appearance Willingness to work a flexible schedule Be able to learn the menu (proper ingredients, portion size and presentation) Work well in a team environment and understand that each position depends the other Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.) One or more years' restaurant experience (fast food/QSR management experience preferred) Ability to lead and manage team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good problem solving and decision making skills Supervise and motivate Team Members to perform to their highest possible level of ability. Be able to maintain high standards of service by demonstrating management by example.
