Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, food orders, and cash transactions accurately Manage customer orders with precision, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery Assist in food preparation tasks while maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of food prep areas, counters, and dining spaces Handle cash register operations, process payments, give accurate change, and reconcile cash at shift end Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Restock supplies as needed and assist with bussing tables or cleaning duties to uphold sanitation standards Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong food service customer order management skills with attention to detail Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction processing Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures Experience with retail sales transactions and upselling techniques is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks required in food service environments Must be 16 or older.
