WEEKEND & HOLIDAYS

Typical schedule is 15-25hrs during the day both weekday and weekends! Closed on Sunday. We require everyone on our team to work 4 weekend shifts per month (Friday night or anytime on Saturday).

Responsibilities:

• BRING THE FUN!

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately at snack bar
• Assist with stocking & merchandising inventory
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in the playground
• Keep our playground and other areas of the business clean

Experience:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of party planning or party hosting
• Experience working with children, such as in a daycare or camp setting, is beneficial
• First aid trained or certified is beneficial

Skills:

• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Cash Handling perform basic math calculations
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
