Overview:

Bonchon Gainesville is looking for a candidate to fill a fixed part-time schedule. The shifts that need to be filled are: Monday 4:00pm

• 9:00pm Wednesday 4:00pm
• 9:00pm Friday 4:00pm
• 10:00pm

Saturday:

1:00pm

• 7:00pm (with occasional shift extensions up to 9:00 PM depending on restaurant volume.)
• The Friday and Saturday shifts are inflexible.

Hourly pay is $12.77 +100% of Tips you earn minus a 3% processing fee on credit tips A cashier is as essential to a Bonchon as any other position. They monitor your FOH and ensure the guests are satisfied and receiving the correct orders. They provide positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. As the FOH Team Member, you will be the first and last person to represent our restaurant.

Duties:

The cashier's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Ensure order accuracy when ringing in orders by repeating order back to guest Uphold hospitality and guest standards Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room Ensure the cleanliness of the restrooms Ring in orders at the POS Count money in drawer at beginning and end of shift Confirm delivery and online orders through their respective tablet Restock the beverage cooler Be familiar enough to clearly communicate the menu with guests and answer any questions they may have regarding it Carry out opening/mid-day/closing duties for FOH as needed Answer phone calls looking to place orders Complete to-go and delivery orders by neatly bagging them up before they are given to the guest Ensure to-go and delivery orders are accurate Other tasks as assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications Availability:

Must be able work Friday and Saturday, time slots listed above. Ability to remain in an upright stationary position for 6 plus hours a day Ability to change stationary positions frequently throughout the shift Ability to move around the restaurant throughout the day Ability to count money Ability to start, manage, and complete tasks with minimal supervision Ability to safely lift and maneuver merchandise up to 30 pounds. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of guests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to consistently show up in a timely manner for all scheduled shifts. have reliable transportation to ensure consistent and timely attendance for all scheduled shifts.
