Handle cash drawer management with integrity, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance product visibility. Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via other communication channels. Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product demos to educate customers about new or featured items. Qualifications Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively and clearly. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and balancing the cash register at shift end.
