We are looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier / Team Member to join our donut shop team. As a Cashier, you will help provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments accurately, and keeping the store clean and organized. We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process cash, credit card, and other payments using the POS system Package donuts, drinks, and other menu items Answer customer questions and provide helpful information about our products Restock supplies and keep the front counter organized Maintain a clean and tidy store Assist other team members as needed during busy periods Qualifications Friendly and customer-service oriented Reliable and punctual Good communication skills Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills Previous cashier, restaurant, bakery, or retail experience is preferred but not required We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and being part of a team.
