Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Handle cash register operations, processing cash, credit, and digital payments with precision Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling ingredients, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, and operating kitchen equipment safely Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Support food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation of menu items Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience Experience Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Food service experience including cashiering, serving, or kitchen support is desirable Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous roles involving food preparation, retail sales transactions, or café operations will be beneficial Join us in creating memorable experiences through excellent service and quality food!
