Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales transactions swiftly and correctly Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide product information when needed Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Skills Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Experience in merchandising, stocking, retail sales, and upselling techniques Knowledge of grocery store operations and retail math principles for efficient sales processing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
