Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, guiding product choices, and maintaining positive communication Follow phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Assist in supervising team members when needed, supporting a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Previous experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems or cash register operations is preferred but not required. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and friendly assistance.
