Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage cash handling will contribute to a positive shopping experience in our grocery store environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Scan and bag items for customers Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaint. Handle incoming phone calls and process online orders. Prepare customized fresh shakes according to customer preferences. Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized throughout the day. Wash and put away all dishes. Perform end-of-day duties, including mopping the floor, emptying trash cans, and cleaning the bathrooms.

Skills Required:

Ability to sell products or services by effectively communicating features, benefits, and promotions Upselling skills to encourage customers to purchase additional items or upgrades Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and total purchase amounts Familiarity with stock management to assist with inventory control and replenishment processes Proven sales experience in a retail environment is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
