Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fun and fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. We have flexibility in scheduling and hours! Duties
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a smile
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop
- Assist in bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
- Learn about different ice cream flavors and provide recommendations to customers Requirements
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous experience in a café, retail, or food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to help out with various tasks in the kitchen or front-of-house
