Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Assist customers with product questions, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean and organized checkout areas while merchandising products at the register for easy access Stock shelves and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability and presentation Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely when needed

Customer Service :

Greeting customers, answering questions about products or gas prices, and resolving complaints professionally. Stocking shelves and freezer Experience Prior cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures essential for accuracy and efficiency Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Previous supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and retail math calculations Experience in merchandising, stocking, or retail sales enhances your ability to succeed in this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our store's success!
