Sever/Cashier

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your passion for the food industry and commitment to guest satisfaction will play a crucial role in our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed in the kitchen. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for hospitality and culinary arts is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
