Duties Operate the cash register efficiently, handling all retail sales transactions with accuracy and speed. Manage cash drawer handling, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product information. Conduct product demos when needed, highlighting features and benefits to encourage upselling opportunities. Maintain knowledge of store products and merchandising standards to assist customers effectively. Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the sales floor is inviting and well-maintained. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone. Support in inventory management by assisting with stocking and inventory counts as required. Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
