Klawcade Vancouver is hitting the ground running! We are seeking a Part-time Cashier/Stocker to join our premier inaugural location in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a motivated retail professional who is passionate about customer service and can bring a high-energy customer experience. Join our team and help us kick start our first ever claw arcade. This is more than a part-time job; it's an opportunity to grow into a future Assistant Store Manager as

Expectations for this position:
Ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and shift procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Partner with Store Manager to monitor inventory levels, proactively communicate inventory stock management (ordering and receiving, and coordinate prize and display presentation). Maintaining cleanliness of the store, ensure all machines are clean, stocked, and functional properly. Escalate maintenance needs are necessary. Reconcile cash and ensure compliance with all SOPs during shifts. Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Qualification:
Previous experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or arcade settings preferred. Displays a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Strong problem solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in fast-pace and high energy environment. Proficient in basic computer and POS systems. Have cash handling and basic accounting/reporting experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend. Able to lift up to 30lbs, Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, friendly and outgoing.
Salary and bonus:
