$15.50-$19.00 per hour Job Overview Gyro Guyz is a fast-paced Mediterranean restaurant focused on bold flavors, quick service, and treating every guest like family. We're hiring Cashier & Kitchen Team Members who can bring energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude. This is a hands-on role where you'll either work in the front-of-house (cashier/customer service) or back-of-house (prep/line support) to keep the restaurant running smooth and the guests happy. What You'll Do Customer Service & Cashier Greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions with a friendly attitude Accurately operate the POS, handle payments, and keep the register organized Package orders neatly and ensure accuracy for dine-in, pickup, and delivery Help keep the lobby clean, stocked, and welcoming Kitchen & Line Support Assist with prep (cutting, portioning, sauces, toppings, etc.) Build bowls, wraps, and plates quickly and accurately during rushes Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures Keep your station clean and stocked; help with dishes and closing duties as needed What We're Looking For Required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Preferred (Not Required) Restaurant, fast food, or customer service experience Cash handling / POS experience Basic kitchen or food prep experience Key Skills Friendly communication and teamwork Attention to detail (order accuracy + cleanliness) Good time management and urgency during busy periods Coachable mindset and willingness to improve Schedule & Physical Requirements Part-time or full-time available (based on your needs and our staffing) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~50 lbs (typical restaurant work) Availability on evenings/weekends is a plus Why Work at Gyro Guyz Competitive hourly pay: $15.50-$19.00/hr Growth opportunities for strong performers A fast-moving, team-oriented environment
