In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the checkout while also managing inventory and stocking shelves. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or warehouse environments and possess strong organizational skills to ensure a smooth operation. The shift available for this position is from 7AM - 3PM and sometimes 9AM - 5PM. Must be 18 y/o. Responsibilities Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper merchandising techniques are followed for optimal presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage spaces. Perform maintenance duties as needed to keep the store environment safe and welcoming. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining store appearance. Familiarity with retail math to assist in pricing and sales calculations. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for stocking and inventory tasks. Previous experience in grocery stores or retail sales is preferred, along with knowledge of produce handling.
