Responsibilities Operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash drawer management, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling sales at shift end Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure products are well-presented and accessible for customers Maintain professional phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support merchandising efforts by organizing products and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting Experience Prior experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is beneficial but not mandatory Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management enhances performance in this role Join us as a Cashier and become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
