A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Lead the Morning. Set the Standard. Candy Cloud is looking for a dependable, energetic Morning Shift Lead to help lead our Madison team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll open the café, lead the morning shift, coach Crew Members, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for someone seeking a long-term, year-round opportunity —not seasonal or temporary employment. What You'll Do Lead the morning shift and set the pace for the day Open the cafe and complete opening procedures Coach and support Crew Members Make drinks, prepare food, and assist guests during busy periods Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and stocking standards Handle guest concerns professionally Support the Store Manager with daily operations What We're Looking For Previous leadership experience preferred Restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available for mornings, weekends, and year-round employment Schedule Expectations This position primarily supports our morning operations. Morning start times may fluctuate based on business needs, with shifts typically beginning between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Candidates must be available to consistently work morning shifts and commit to year-round employment.
