Were currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented, evening Cashier to join our location in Oconomowoc, WI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong accuracy with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, youll support daily transaction processing and help ensure smooth business operations.
What Youll Do:
Greet customers at the cashier window with professionalism and courtesyProcess customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately and efficientlyIssue receipts, give change, and document payment transactionsProvide refunds or credit memos as authorizedReconcile your cash drawer dailyAnswer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff memberAssist in resolving customer concerns with patience and careOpen and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mailPrint and post internal paperwork as neededAssist with clerical and administrative support across departmentsServe as backup to the switchboard operator when neededMaintain a clean and professional work environmentPerform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbersProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to stay calm and helpful when assisting customersOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksBasic computer proficiency; dealership software experience is a plusReliable, positive, team-oriented attitudePrevious cashier or office experience preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required
