What You'll Do As a Hardware Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping maintain a safe, organized, and fully stocked store. You'll assist customers with product selection, support daily store operations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Customer Service Greet customers and direct them to appropriate products and departments. Answer questions about merchandise, product features, and store offerings. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service. Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash transactions. Store Operations Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed. Organize inventory and maintain attractive product displays. Perform cleaning and general store upkeep duties. Utilize Windows-based software to support daily operations. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. Safety & Compliance Follow and help enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Report workplace injuries immediately to the Manager. Protect company information by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and business plans. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally travel locally using a company vehicle, if required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
