Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Cashier. In this role, you will provide a genuine smile and friendly, responsive service to guests to help create a beyond expectation dining or take-out experience. Follow correct cash/credit handling procedures; process orders by recording order and computing bill. Maintain clean, neat, and organized service area, including cafeteria tables and service/condiment stations using proper food-handling and sanitation regulations. Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards What We're Looking For 1 + years' experience in a high-volume restaurant/food/concessions outlets production kitchen is preferred or experience in a similar capacity. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Operating knowledge of food management systems is helpful. A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
