Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team at El Pollon Peruvian Restaurant , where your energy and hospitality set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We are a family run business spreading Peruvian Culture with our traditional and fusion dishes hoping to continue expanding. We are currently hiring in our Morgantown location for a cashier who will also help in back of house tasks! Some Daily Tasks Taking customer orders Cleaning of dining rooms and bathrooms Food preparation during down times Calling out/Handing food to customers Handling register money and exact count Answering phone calls Helping kitchen staff if needed Experience Previous cashier experience in a busy restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests, team members, and management effectively. Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices will help you excel in this role. Spanish Proficiency is a plus but not required!
