Job Responsibilities:

Program Development:

Create and implement lesson plans tailored for young children.

Staff Supervision:

Schedule, train, and manage staff to ensure high professionalism and adequate coverage.

Guest Service:

Handle guest complaints, ensuring a positive experience for both children and parents. R ecord

Keeping:

Oversee paperwork for registration, check-in, and check-out; maintain detailed incident records.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure the pre-ski school is clean, safe, and well-maintained; submit bi-weekly safety reports.

Financial Performance:

Monitor and control expenses related to programming.

Food & Beverage Coordination:

Order, serve, and manage lunch and snack supplies.

Daily Operations:

Assist with bathroom breaks, minor accidents, and clothing adjustments; organize activities and ensure children are ready for outdoor fun.

Team Support:

Hold staff meetings, recognize performance, and assist with other duties as needed.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience:

At least 18 Months Experience in a related field and at least 1 year experience working in a supervisory capacity Must be willing & able to learn to ski Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred Previous outdoor experience is a plus May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
