As the business continues to scale in the U.S., we're expanding our RevOps organization to support our multi-channel go-to-market strategy. As the RevOps Business Partner for Direct NCA, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Direct NCA Sales and the VP of Solution Consulting. You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Enablement, Data, and Systems to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational excellence. • Serve as a key player in developing and implementing both in-house AI tools (built in conjunction with our data team), and selecting external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to streamline the buyer journey, reduce friction and increase conversion rates.

  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports our Direct NCA GTM motion and aligns with the overall business objectives.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Desired qualifications
  • Demonstrated use of AI to drive efficiency in forecasting, analytics, pipeline management, or other GTM operating processes.
