We are building a best-in-class finance organization to support our continued growth. Job Purpose The Chief Sales and Revenue Officer (CSRO) will be responsible for driving our revenue growth by aligning sales strategy with broader revenue-generating functions. Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Developing and executing the company's revenue growth strategy. Leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Partnering with technology team to develop E-Commerce strategies. Involvement in the Team's reorganization, including establishing an Industrial Sales Team and Pricing Team. Overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Collaborating with marketing, customer service, operations, and fleet maintenance teams to maximize revenue. Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments. Improving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies. Reporting revenue performance and growth plans to the CEO and board.
The successful candidate profile includes:
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Experience with revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer and business relationships. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively across departments. Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Proven success in recruiting, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams.
