Responsibilities The Imaging Navigator supports patients and care teams by coordinating imaging services, facilitating timely communication of results, and ensuring seamless navigation through the imaging process. This role enhances patient access, safety, and satisfaction by providing education, tracking follow-up care, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

High school diploma or GED.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical, radiology, or patient care settingNone required at hire; if role involves performing radiologic procedures, must obtain appropriate Ohio licensure (e.g., General X-ray Machine Operator) in accordance with state law and organizational policy Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field Experience in patient navigation, care coordination, or imaging services Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiologic Technologist (RT) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
