Job Description

The opportunity We're on the hunt for someone trained in the Sandler selling system and actively practice it every day. Pain funnel , up-front contracts , and reversing are muscle memory. Your track record is built on deals you closed over the phone. If that describes you, this role was designed for you. We're hiring one Advantage Partner Growth Advisor to own the acquisition, qualification, and growth of CPAs, tax professionals, and accounting firms reselling our services across the United States. It is a senior individual contributor seat with the autonomy, accountability, and earning potential to match. This role is full-cycle, consultative, and quota-owning. It is NOT a lead-catcher seat, a script-driven role, or an activity-based job. It is built for a closer who wants a revenue line with their name on it. What you'll own
Revenue:
Monthly and quarterly partner-sourced revenue targets. We'll forecast it, while you defend it and hit it.
Telesales:
Full-cycle deals — discovery through close — primarily over the phone and video. You open the call, control the call, and close on the call.
Pipeline:
Clean CRM. Honest stages. Commits that hold up. If it's in the forecast, it's real.
Demand Gen:
Outbound sequences, rapid inbound follow-up, close partnership with Marketing, and a visible presence where CPAs gather — national conferences, regional trade shows, industry associations, and professional events. You create demand; you do not wait for it.
Program Integrity:
Qualify hard. Say no to the wrong partners so the program's unit economics stay right. Escalate edge cases with judgment.
Market Intel:
You see the market every day — objections, trends, competitive moves. You feed that back to product, marketing, and leadership and shape the program, not just execute it. What we need from you 3+ years of B2B sales closing deals, ideally into CPAs, tax professionals, accounting firms, or adjacent financial services. A committed Sandler practitioner. You have completed formal Sandler training and actively apply the methodology in your daily practice. You can articulate how you use up-front contracts, pain funnels, and mutual commitments to advance deals. Proven phone-based closing experience. A track record of carrying and attaining a revenue number through primarily remote, phone, and video-based selling. Conference and event sales experience. Demonstrated success representing a company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional association events — and converting those interactions into pipeline and closed revenue. Rigorous CRM and pipeline discipline. You keep clean, accurate records and can forecast with confidence. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred given our Latin American market coverage. Self-direction and sound judgment. Comfort operating autonomously, managing ambiguity, and exercising independent judgment on matters that affect partner outcomes.
