Greater Dallas area - Office situated in Plano, TX Job Responsibilities The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, devising an account entry plan, orchestrating prospecting campaigns, building relationships, comprehending clients' crucial business strategies, and collaborating with a team of specialists to develop and implement solutions that align with the client's commercial objectives. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience At least a decade of direct B2B sales experience, engaging with Fortune 1000 corporations Evidence of a successful track record in new business development, particularly in selling professional services Proven experience in high-volume sales (deals worth $250k and above) Adept at managing various sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months A track record of career longevity, with a maximum of four positions held in the past ten years Remuneration based on highly incentivized commissions and bonuses Demonstrated ability to boost revenue through lead generation Compensation Package The compensation structure is uncapped and linked to individual performance. The package includes a base salary of $140,000 alongside commission and bonus schemes tied to annual revenue generation and profitability targets.
