  • PI Technician We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented PI Technician tosupport our commercial and clinical activities within the PI business.
This role willplay a critical part in procedure support, customer engagement, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and outstandingcustomer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and procedural support during peripheral interventions cases and productdemonstrations. Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling andtroubleshooting. Coordinate logistics and inventory management for consignment and proceduresupport. Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization. Support sales representatives and clinical specialists in account development activities. Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops. Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Previous experience in endoscopy, operating room support, medical devices, orhealthcare environment preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments. Problem-solving attitude and high sense of urgency. Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred. English proficiency preferred. Availability to travel locally when required. Required flexibility, agility and sometimes
