Job Description
Job Summary Get paid next day. Close window washing deals. Set window replacement appointments. Earn $300 bonuses on every replacement that closes. This is not a normal window washing sales job. Renu Windows is the leading residential window replacement company in Northwest Arkansas. We're expanding a brand-new Window Washing service for our existing customers and the market — and we're looking for hungry door-to-door sales reps who want to double dip on commissions. Why this role is different Most window washing sales reps only get paid when they sell a wash. At Renu, you get paid on the wash and you can set window replacement appointments. When that replacement appointment closes, you earn an extra $300 — on top of your washing commissions. Two ways to make money on every door. That's unique to Renu Windows. Compensation & Perks $125-$250 per sale Extra $300 for every window replacement appointment you set that closes Next-day pay on your commissions (yes, really) Unlimited earning potential — no cap Work in a proven, high-demand market (Northwest Arkansas) What You'll Do Door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods across Northwest Arkansas Sell professional window washing services Set qualified appointments for window replacement consultations Work the proven Renu door approach and follow the process Represent the #1 window replacement brand in the market while launching our new service Who We're Looking For Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable Comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners Previous door-to-door, outside sales, or commission experience preferred (not required if you're hungry) Reliable transportation and a clean professional appearance Must be able to work independently as a 1099 contractor About Renu Windows Renu Windows is Northwest Arkansas' premier residential window replacement company.
