Job Description

We're looking for a Community Outreach Associate to be our boots-on-the-ground connector — someone who can turn a conversation with a stranger into a donor, and a donor into a lifelong supporter of the causes we champion across Little Rock. We're on a mission to make our community healthier, stronger, and more connected — one conversation at a time. If you're an action-oriented optimist who's ready to step up, this is your seat at the table. Here, energy meets purpose, and every day is a chance to create real, lasting good. What you'll do as a
Community Outreach Associate:
Engage directly with community members, selling products that directly fund our charitable campaigns while building genuine excitement around the cause. Craft compelling pitches that blend storytelling with product value to move people to act. Bring consistent energy and drive to every interaction, treating each sale as a step toward a bigger goal. Plan and run community outreach events that bring people together and turn one-time donors into repeat supporters. Partner with your team to dream up new fundraising angles and bring them to life. Keep close track of your numbers, celebrate every win, and keep pushing toward the next milestone. Nurture long-term donor relationships through honest communication, reliable follow-up, and real gratitude. Carry yourself as an ambassador for our mission — passionate, professional, and impossible to ignore. What we're looking for: A natural communicator who connects easily and confidently with new people. Comfort promoting both a product and a purpose. Resilience, drive, and a hunger for performance-based rewards. A collaborative spirit who brings energy to the team, not just the individual interactions. Solid organizational instincts — you can juggle multiple events and priorities at once. Creative problem-solving when it comes to fundraising ideas. A genuine passion for charitable work and community impact.
