Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Appointment Setter (Field Marketing) to join our team. In this role, you will be joining our frontline ambassador team, responsible for training engaging with homeowners and setting up free roof inspections. Canvassing experience is preferred (even better if it's in roofing) but not required for the right individuals. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to gain influence with homeowners will drive your growth and success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and people skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on our business expansion. $20/hr plus commission on the appointments you generate that turn into business as well. Opportunities for advancement will be almost immediate for the right candidates Duties Initiate Free inspection conversations with prospective clients in residential neighborhoods alongside your team. Engage homeowners with a friendly, professional approach to introduce our products/services. Overcome objections confidently using negotiation skills and rebuttals. Skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect quickly to build trust. Maintaining culture and a positive work environment is a must. Excellent verbal skills in English (Spanish is helpful also but not required), with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to homeowners. A desire or willingness to be outdoors going door to door required. We have cooling methods and work hours during the summer months designed to avoid the heat as much as possible.
