Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Grassroots Coordinator to lead community engagement efforts and build strong relationships at the local level. Duties Organize and execute door-to-door canvassing campaigns to engage community members directly Conduct outreach activities including telemarketing, street canvassing, and community events to raise awareness and gather support Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to different neighborhoods and demographics Build rapport with community members, answer questions, and provide information about our initiatives Recruit, supervise, and motivate volunteers or team members involved in grassroots activities Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations Negotiate with community stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborative efforts Requirements Proven supervising experience leading teams or volunteer groups in outreach settings Strong marketing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or telemarketing campaigns Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly preferred Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally Experience in fundraising or advocacy campaigns is a plus Reliable transportation for traveling within assigned communities Join us as a Grassroots Coordinator and become a vital part of our mission to connect with communities, inspire action, and create meaningful change!
