Role:

We're a real estate wholesale company looking for a licensed Private Investigator to join us. You'll track down property owners and their heirs, make the introduction, and step into an acquisitions role — making first contact and pitching the opportunity. This isn't a desk-only role — we need someone willing to get out in the field, knock on doors, and dig up leads in person when records alone don't cut it. This is a steady, weekly-volume contract, ideal for someone who enjoys both the investigative hunt and the deal-making conversation that follows.

Responsibilities:

Locate current addresses, phone numbers, and contact information for property owners Identify and locate heirs/relatives of deceased property owners, including probate research Conduct in-person field research (canvassing neighborhoods, door-knocking, talking to neighbors/associates) when database searches aren't enough Formally introduce located owners/heirs to our team Make first contact and present the initial offer/pitch on potential acquisitions Deliver verified contact information and pitch outcomes on a weekly basis Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable investigative and privacy laws

Requirements:

Active, valid Private Investigator license (preferred but not required) Experience in skip tracing and/or probate/heir research Willing and able to conduct in-person, on-the-ground fieldwork — this is not a remote/desk-only role Comfortable making outbound calls and pitching an offer or opportunity Reliable transportation Strong communication and negotiation skills Based in the Phoenix metro area and able to work locally

Pay:

$10.00 - $100,000.00 per year
