About the Role HailCo Roofing is hiring motivated, people-first appointment setters to generate qualified roofing appointments across the Phoenix Valley. This is a door-to-door, in-field role — you'll be talking with homeowners, sparking interest, and setting appointments for our sales team to close. No cold calling from a desk. You're out in the field, making real connections. No experience required. If you're ready to launch your career and willing to learn, we'll get you there! What You'll Do Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to identify homeowners interested in roofing services Set qualified appointments for our sales reps to run roofing demos Represent HailCo professionally and build trust quickly with homeowners Track your daily activity and appointments set What We're Looking For Customer-facing experience preferred (retail, sales, hospitality, restaurant, etc.) — not required Comfortable with face-to-face conversations and door-to-door outreach Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Perks $150 for every roofing demo you set that sits (holds) Weekly pay every Friday — no waiting on long commission cycles Realistic monthly earnings of $4,500
  • 12,000 based on performance Tiered Bonus System Paid training — we set you up to succeed from day one Company-provided trucks and vans — you don't need to use your own vehicle Fast-track start — we're hiring now, with training days starting weekly Schedule Field hours are Tuesday-Friday, 1:00 PM to dark, and Saturday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
