We provide clients with data-driven outreach strategies focused on voter engagement, issue advocacy, and membership growth. We are currently seeking politically engaged team members in the Bakersfield area to support campaigns during the 2026 general election cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct direct voter outreach through in-person door-to-door canvassing Engage voters in meaningful conversations to understand their concerns, priorities, and goals Educate community members about the campaign's mission, policy goals, and desired outcomes Collect and accurately record voter feedback and data using campaign tools Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable engaging with a wide range of people and perspectives Prior canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Availability to work at least 3 days per weekCOMPENSATION
