Base Builder is currently growing our team for voter outreach in Bakersfield and Delano! We elect candidates who share our values and organize campaigns to advance progressive policies and conduct outreach to voters to connect them with vital services to ensure their vote is counted! A Field Canvasser will:

Engage with registered voters in meaningful, one-on-one conversations connecting their values with our candidates and issue based campaigns Work in a team environment to set and accomplish campaign goals

Qualifications:

People of all experience levels and backgrounds encouraged to apply! Commitment to progressive politics and policies Ability to knock on an average of 80 doors per shift Great communication skills Smart phone or tablet
