We're looking for motivated, energetic, and reliable people who enjoy talking with homeowners and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term career in home improvement sales. Sales experience is a necessary/ plus. Experience in solar, internet, door-to-door, or commission-based sales is highly applicable.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Work hours may change seasonally depending on available daylight. You must be available for the full scheduled hours. If you cannot consistently maintain this schedule, please do not apply. What You'll Do Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about our home improvement services Set free in-home estimates with interested homeowners Track your activity using our company app Stay organized and manage your assigned territory

MINIMUM 3 LEADS

the following day to hit MAP (minimum acceptable performance) Compensation & Bonuses Weekly pay 1% commission on all sold jobs generated from your appointments Services include roofing, exterior painting, windows, and landscaping Additional performance bonuses Opportunity to advance into a Home Improvement Sales Consultant Top performers who advance within the company have the potential to earn $5,000+ per month Hit 4 Qualified Leads = Go Home Early & Get Paid for 8 Hours Generate 4 solid, qualified appointments during your shift and your workday is finished — you will still be paid for the full 8 hours. For example, if you reach 4 qualified appointments early in the day, you can go home and still receive your full day's pay. In response to this, if you do not hit MAP (minimum acceptable performance) which is two leads a day for the following day, you will be suspended for the next day to work. All 4 appointments must be legitimate and properly qualified. No-shows do not count Fake or unconfirmed appointments do not count The homeowner must have knowingly agreed to the appointment Appointments created through misleading or excessive pressure may be disqualified Quality matters more than simply hitting the number.
