Full Job Description Job Overview Rate:

20% of the final collected revenue per completed job.

Payout Calculation:

Average $350 job = $70 payout to the rep.

Payment Trigger:

Paid weekly on the Friday following job completion and cleared customer payment.

Scope:

Applies to the final invoice total (including on-site upsells); $0 commission paid on canceled or fully refunded jobs.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
