is hiring energetic Solar Appointment Setters to speak with homeowners, introduce our solar and home energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants. No previous solar or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

Your role is simple:

Start conversations. Build interest. Schedule appointments. You will not be responsible for designing solar systems, preparing proposals, explaining complex financing, negotiating contracts, or closing sales. Once you schedule an appointment, our Solar Consultants handle the complete consultation and sales process. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout the Los Angeles area Introduce homeowners to US POWER and our solar and home energy solutions Start friendly conversations about electricity costs and potential solar savings Ask simple questions to identify interested and qualified homeowners Schedule appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants Accurately enter homeowner information and appointment details Follow up with interested homeowners when appropriate Represent

professionally and positively in the community Compensation This position offers multiple ways to earn: $17.00/hr training (first 2 days) $18.50/hr base starting Day 3 $50 per qualified appointment $150 per sale Weekly performance bonuses based on completed appointment volume Additional commissions when eligible projects reach designated milestones Uncapped earning potential based on your performance The complete compensation plan, appointment qualifications, eligibility requirements, and payment milestones will be explained during the interview.
