We're seeking driven and personable individuals to join our team as On-Field Brand Representatives/Sales. This role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who enjoy engaging with clients and representing a trusted remodeling brand. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required—we provide paid training and offer competitive compensation, including performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Initiate and foster positive relationships with prospective clients Present company services and portfolio to homeowners Initiate conversations that build trust and spark interest in remodeling services, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients Generate leads through direct, face-to-face engagement with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods Schedule consultations for interested homeowners, ensuring a smooth handoff to project specialists Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $19/hr. (weekly pay)
