Elite Upgrades is hiring one Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door team across Southern LA County and Northern Orange County.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on field job. You are out on the doors with your crew every shift

• training new canvassers from their first week, working next to the people who need the most help, and turning average producers into good ones.

You will own the coaching, the ride-alongs, the weekly role-plays, the territory and the daily numbers. You will also have real authority: you set the standard your crew is held to, and the owner backs you on it. Clear weekly targets, and you always know exactly where you stand. If you have run a door team before and spent most of your energy fighting for support you never got, this is the opposite of that.

ABOUT ELITE UPGRADES

CSLB-licensed home improvement contractor (#1138667) based in Torrance. Owner-operated, BBB Accredited, 17+ years industry experience.

Four trades:

roofing, exterior paint, replacement windows and driveways. Average ticket $24,000. THE PAY

• $40.00/hour, W-2, paid weekly
• Full-time field schedule, about 35 hours a week
• roughly $1,400 a week
• Plus $350 for every demo your team puts a rep in front of, above a weekly team target you are given each Tuesday. No cap.
• At the standard our crew is held to, that works out to roughly $127,000
• $164,000 a year, with nothing above it capped

WHAT YOU RUN

• Daily field presence with your crew, every shift
• Training and ramping new canvassers from their first day
• Coaching at the door, ride-alongs and weekly role-plays
• Territory planning, the company van, daily stats
• The standard your team is held to, backed by the owner

WHERE YOU GET TO FOCUS

• Recruiting is handled by the owner. You will not spend your week sourcing resumes
• Appointments are independently confirmed before they run. That check is not your job, so quality control is not on your plate
• Schedules are set for you.

You walk in Tuesday with your crew and your number already in hand Your whole week goes into the field and the people in it.

THE SCHEDULE

• Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday and Monday off

• Tue-Fri:

  12pm office meeting and training, then in the field until 8pm

• Saturday:

  9:30am to 2:30pm
• Hard 8:00pm stop.

We do not knock past eight

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• You have run a door-to-door crew before and can talk through what you built
• You can name people you developed, and explain how you did it
• You want to be on the doors yourself every shift. This is a field job, not a desk
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• 18+ and able to pass a basic background check

WHAT THIS ISN'T

• Not a national franchise. Small, owner-operated team
• Not commission-only.

Your base is real and it is paid weekly
