CANVASSING TEAM LEAD

Build Pros Construction | Torrance, CA Lead a Team Build Your Own Crew. Earn More. Build Pros Construction is looking for an experienced Canvassing Team Lead to build, train, and lead one of our growing door-to-door marketing teams. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with proven canvassing experience who can lead by example, develop new canvassers, and build a high-performing team. Pay $800-$1,000

Weekly Base Salary Plus:

Commission on your own appointments Override commission on your team's production Vehicle expense reimbursement Leadership advancement opportunities Top Team Leads have the opportunity to earn $2,000+ per week. Responsibilities Lead a team of canvassers in the field each day Use your personal vehicle to transport and manage your team (vehicle expenses reimbursed) Train, coach, and motivate new canvassers Set quality appointments for our sales team Recruit and help build your own canvassing team Lead by example by knocking doors alongside your team Monitor performance and help your team improve every day Qualifications Previous door-to-door canvassing experience required Leadership experience is a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and competitive mindset Dependable, punctual, and coachable Why Build Pros?
